Project Coordinator

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Keno, Table games
• At what stage of the project(s)? Development, Releasing, Launched
• Genres: Card and/or Board, Casino
• Platforms: PC, Mobile, Android, iOS

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• support of project documentation, plans and reporting;

• updating task statuses, updating the register of risks / opportunities;

• coordinating development teams, feeding them up with all the requests and information/documentation;

• keeping documentation structured and up to date;

• support of the business accounting system, and releasing processes;

The main goal is that the project and design processes run smoothly.

The responsibilities of the project coordinator may also include organizing meetings, helping to resolve conflicts, and communicating with projects stakeholders.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Having 2+ years of project management experience in IT

• Showing proven experience of managing teams

• Possessing good negotiation, persuading, and conflict resolution skills

• Good at establishing rapport with team and clients

• Having a good understanding of SDLC processes

• Taking ownership of all aspects of the project, such as  scope, schedule, and quality.

• Able to work with multinational distributed teams

• Holding good communication and soft skills across all levels of stakeholders (business and technical)

• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate + English level

• Eager to learn and develop new skills

• Result oriented

• Able to work in fast changing and multitasking environment
