Balance/LiveOps Producer (Real Money Gaming)

We are seeking a highly skilled Economist or LiveOps Manager with expertise in analytics and a deep understanding of Real Money Gaming (RMG) or Social Casino projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Return-to-Player (RTP) metric management, game economy design, and live operations strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize game profitability while maintaining fairness and engagement for players

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

1. Game Economy Design and Optimization:

2. Design, model, and optimize game economies, including virtual currencies, rewards, and progression systems.

3. Develop and monitor RTP metrics to balance profitability and player satisfaction.

4. Create predictive models to analyze the impact of economic changes on player behavior and revenue.

5. LiveOps Strategy:

6. Manage in-game events, promotions, and sales to drive player engagement and revenue growth.

7. Monitor and adjust live operations strategies based on real-time analytics.

8. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align events with broader business goals.

9. Data Analysis and Reporting:

10. Perform in-depth analysis of player behavior, retention, and monetization metrics.

11. Create dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

12. Use A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of economic and live operations adjustments.

13. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

14. Work closely with game designers, product managers, and developers to implement economic systems.

15. Act as a bridge between analytics, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.

16. RTP Metric Management:

17. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for RTP metrics.

18. Develop strategies to manage RTP effectively, balancing player satisfaction and business objectives.

19. Analyze competitor RTP strategies and market trends to inform decision-making.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Game Design, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in analytics, game economy management, or live operations in gaming or RMG projects.

• Proven track record of managing RTP metrics and optimizing game economies.

• Experience with ETL structured analytics.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology in RMG or skill-based games.

• Expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for RTP in RMG projects.

• Proficient in A/B testing and scenario analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
