For which tasks (responsibilities)?
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring EasyWin Inc’s real-money gaming operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and responsible gaming standards. This role builds and maintains compliance frameworks that protect the company, players, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local gaming regulations
Manage licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory filings
Develop and enforce internal compliance policies and procedures
Oversee KYC, AML, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention programs
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external regulatory audits
Serve as primary liaison with regulators and legal advisors
What kind of professional are we looking for?
5+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in a regulated industry
Strong knowledge of US gaming, AML, KYC, and consumer protection laws
Experience working with regulators and licensing bodies
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Good to Have
Prior experience in real-money gaming, iGaming, or financial services
Legal, regulatory, or compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, JD, CFE)
Experience implementing compliance tools and reporting systems
