Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Global Hiring team. You will oversee all recruitment activities in multiple Moon Active locations and studios. Together with the team you will explore new markets and build the network and the processes in the location where we are expanding. You will be sourcing candidates through various channels, scheduling interviews, and participating in career events and employer branding activities. 

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Source for relevant candidates in multiple locations, mostly Europe;

• Explore, implement and use different recruitment and employer branding platforms and tools popular in the specific region;

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;

• Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience;

• Promote our employer brand online and offline.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in full cycle recruitment (2+ years);

• Experience with the IT industry;

• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, and other talent platforms;

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
