For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead by example creating inspirational animation content and leadership for our new project

• Work as part of the Animation team and drive the quality and processes at the Studio

• Work with animators to create high-quality animations that bring the in-game characters and world to life

• Define and set up the animation pipelines to maximize efficiency and quality

• Provide accurate time estimates, ensure animation deliverables meet project defined timelines

• Set quality standards for animation on the project and verify in-game animations quality

• Integrate animations to the game while ensuring technical constraints are met

• Act as a mentor for other animators or artists

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior 3D Animator in game development

• Perfect understanding of creature anatomy, motion, weight, acting and timing applied to 3D animation

• Expert in game animations practices and standards, especially in animating realistic creatures

• Expert user of Motionbuilder

• Create unique and innovative solutions for solving character animation issues

• Excellent communication skills

• English language

• Good team player, able to organize and motivate a small team
