We’re looking for a talented and experienced Lead UI Designer to join our game studio and help shape the interface of our next-generation simulation factory-sim PC title.

If you love crafting clean, intuitive, and beautiful UI for complex systems - and you enjoy simulation, strategy, and deep management games - this role is for you.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Lead the visual direction and execution of UI across the entire game: screens, HUD, systems maps, tooltips, notifications, icons, and more.

  • Work closely with UX designers to translate complex systems into clear, user-friendly layouts.

  • Own the visual language of the UI - from component libraries to iconography to data presentation.

  • Collaborate with game design, engineering, and art teams to ensure smooth implementation and technical feasibility.

  • Advocate for UI consistency, accessibility, and clarity across all player touchpoints.

  • Participate in iterative design: wireframes , mockups , prototypes , shipped UI.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of hands-on UI design experience in games (PC or Console).

  • MUST: experience with simulation, factory/automation games, RTS, or deep systems-driven titles.

  • Bonus if you’ve played (and ideally analyzed) games like Crusader Kings, Stellaris, Factorio, Satisfactory, Surviving Mars, etc.

  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with UX designers.

  • A high-quality, presentable portfolio showing complex UI screens, components, systems layouts, notifications, and icon work.

  • Excellent visual communication and documentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, color theory, data readability, and player flow.
