We create products with the best gaming services for CS2 players. Every day, tens of thousands of people from all over the world use our products.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and pre-onboarding

  • make the vacancy attractive and work with job description

  • collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting processes, analytics, and the overall hiring process

  • Identify and attract top-tier specialists in marketing, development, and other key areas.

  • stay connected with candidates, build a network, and ensure to provide them with feedback.

  • keep the team informed about the progress of the recruitment process (weekly reports)

  • work with HRIS (we use People force) and other tools.

🦸 Your superpowers:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting

  • experience in recruiting top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others.

  • You have a deep understanding of the IT market and are proficient in using all modern tools to find specialists.

  • Proficiency in conducting interviews (including initial technical assessments, competency checks, and motivation evaluations).

  • Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruiting processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience as a product.

  • You know how to work with HRIS
